Resumen

En el presente artículo, el autor analiza la Ley N.° 31012, Ley de Protección Policial, desde una perspectiva supranacional con base en lo establecido en la Convención Americana sobre Derechos Humanos y lo desarrollado por la Corte Interamericana de los Derechos Humanos. Asimismo, señala que esta ley actúa en detrimento de las obligaciones estatales que tiene el Perú.

ABSTRACT 

In this article, the author analyzes Law N.° 31012, the Law on Police Protection, from a supranational perspective based on the provisions of the American Convention on Human Rights and that developed by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. Likewise, it indicates that this law acts to the detriment of the State obligations that Peru has.
