Resumen

Desde la perspectiva del derecho comparado, la autora aborda el origen del proceso especial de terminación anticipada que existe en nuestro país, a través del estudio de su fuente originaria, el plea bargaining norteamericano. Esto con la finalidad de determinar si en esta institución extranjera radica la justificación de la exclusión de la víctima en el proceso de terminación anticipada en el Perú.

ABSTRACT

From the compared law perspective, author approaches the origin of the anticipated termination procedure that exists in our country, through the study of its original font, the north american plea bargaining.
