Resumen

El autor desarrolla el derecho a la tutela jurisdiccional efectiva de la víctima en el sistema procesal penal peruano y advierte que el catálogo de derechos determinados por el legislador nacional no cumple con los estándares establecidos por la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos para la protección del sujeto pasivo del delito, de tal forma que condiciona su participación de manera subsidiaria y circunscrita a la búsqueda de una reparación civil, despojándola indebidamente de su derecho a obtener justicia.

ABSTRACT
